Welcome to Vinyl Thursdays Radio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and access to our subscription-based service to view the Vinyl Thursdays Live Player (“Service”), which broadcasts live DJ sets and music content every Thursday. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Plans

Vinyl Thursdays Radio offers access to its live player through the following subscription options:

• Weekly Subscription: Grants access to one weekly live stream (Thursday).

• Monthly Subscription: Grants access to all weekly live streams for the month.

• Yearly Subscription: Grants access to all weekly live streams for twelve (12) consecutive months.

All subscriptions are non-transferable and are subject to payment in advance through our secure payment gateway.

2. Access and Technical Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device, software, internet connection, and browser are compatible with and capable of accessing the Service. Vinyl Thursdays Radio shall not be held liable for any failure to access or view the live stream due to:

• Poor internet connectivity,

• Device incompatibility,

• Browser issues,

• Firewalls, VPNs, or restrictions on your network,

• Any other technical fault on the user’s side.

We strongly recommend testing your setup before the live event to avoid disappointment.

3. Broadcast Responsibility and Technical Faults

While we strive to provide a high-quality and uninterrupted streaming experience, Vinyl Thursdays Radio cannot guarantee that the broadcast will be error-free or uninterrupted. In the rare event of a disruption to the broadcast caused by a technical issue on our end (e.g., streaming server failure, internal software error, or other fault directly attributable to Vinyl Thursdays Radio), the following measures may be taken at our sole discretion:

• Weekly Subscribers: May be offered a one-time access voucher for the following week’s live stream at no additional cost.

• Monthly or Yearly Subscribers: May receive an additional week of access added to their subscription term at no cost.

Such remedies are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Vinyl Thursdays Radio is under no obligation to issue refunds unless explicitly stated.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where Vinyl Thursdays Radio exercises discretion to offer a refund or extension due to a verified technical fault on our part.

No refund shall be issued for failure to access the Service due to personal or third-party technical difficulties.

5. Content Usage and Restrictions

All content streamed via the Vinyl Thursdays Live Player is the exclusive property of Vinyl Thursdays Radio and/or its content partners. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the live broadcast for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Record, download, rebroadcast, or distribute the stream;

• Share your access credentials with others;

• Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without notice or refund, and possible legal action.

6. Changes to the Service or Terms

Vinyl Thursdays Radio reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also amend these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinyl Thursdays Radio and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to access the Service due to technical issues, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
